Today the courier delivered the parcel.I immediately installed the block, everything works fine.Cons:Short wires (incoming and outgoing).Inside the block something is shaking, not fixed.

From the 36W version as the blue covers with 2 screws might suggest there is a connection rail under it. But there is not! Both cables that are shown, are soldered to the circuit board.
